You should receive your item within 7-10 business days. We provide tracking with each order for shipping status. If there is an extensive delay or issue, please contact us. 

Please return items within 30 days of receipt.

Enclose items within safe packaging and provide us with the tracking number to ensure receipt. After we receive the item we will either refund  or exchange the item.

Everything being exchanged should be in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any tags, if there are any. You can only exchange an item once.
